The cash collection policy.
We take 1% of the collected value, with a floor of EGP 10 per shipment. The fee is charged on what was actually collected — if the parcel comes back, there is no collection fee at all. Money is transferred to your bank account or wallet on your plan's cycle, and nothing else is deducted from it.

Is there a minimum shipment count?
No. You can open an account and ship a single parcel. Minimums only start to matter for discount tiers, and the first tier begins at 500 shipments a month.
When do I receive the collected cash?
It depends on your plan: Starter weekly, Growth twice weekly, Enterprise every 24 hours. The cycle starts when the courier banks the cash, not at the moment of delivery.
What happens if a shipment is lost or damaged?
We reimburse the declared value up to EGP 5,000 per shipment, and no shipping or collection fee is charged on it. Our rate for this is 0.11%, published on the home page.
What will you carry, and what won’t you?
We carry anything legal except cash and precious metals, temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, flammable materials, and live animals. The full list is on the prohibited items page.
How is weight calculated?
By actual weight, not volumetric — as long as no side exceeds 60cm. The first kilogram is in the base rate; every extra kilogram is charged by destination zone.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time and without penalty. The tier updates automatically at the start of each month based on your actual volume — so if you grow, the rate drops without you asking.
